Kitchen Refit & Pipe Relocation
Kitchen Refit & Pipe Relocation
Fitting a new kitchen usually means moving the sink, the appliances and sometimes the boiler. We handle the first and second-fix plumbing so your kitchen fitter can keep to schedule.
About this service
Kitchen Refit & Pipe Relocation in South West London, done properly the first time
First fix: we cap off and reroute existing feeds, run new hot, cold and waste pipework to the new sink and appliance positions, and where needed alter gas and condensate runs for a relocated boiler — all pressure-tested before the units go in.
Second fix: once the units and worktops are in we connect the sink, taps, appliances and any filtered or boiling water tap, commission everything and leave the kitchen watertight. We work alongside kitchen fitters across Kingston upon Thames, Richmond and Twickenham Garden Suburb and coordinate directly with them so nothing sits waiting.

Frequently asked
Your questions, answered
Can you move the sink to a different wall?
In most cases yes — it depends on the waste run and available fall. We survey first and tell you honestly what's achievable.
Can the boiler be moved during a kitchen refit?
Yes, our Gas Safe engineers relocate boilers as part of a refit, including flue, gas and condensate alterations.
How long does the plumbing take?
First fix is typically one day, second fix another. Larger kitchens or boiler moves take longer and we schedule around your fitter.
Do you work with our own kitchen company?
Regularly. We're happy to liaise directly with your fitter or designer to agree pipe positions before the units arrive.
