Bathroom Renovations for Richmond homes
Not every tired bathroom needs a complete rebuild. We'll tell you honestly whether a renovation — new suite, retiling, updated fittings — achieves what you want, or whether the layout genuinely needs a full installation to fix properly.
Richmond's period housing — much of it in conservation areas near Richmond Hill and the Green — often means careful, considerate work: original features respected, access managed properly, no shortcuts. We handle everything from a routine repair to a full boiler installation with that same level of care.

Frequently asked
Your questions, answered
What's the difference between a renovation and a full installation?
A renovation updates fixtures and finishes within the existing layout; a full installation can move plumbing, walls and the room layout itself. We'll recommend based on what you actually want to change, not the bigger invoice.
How long does a bathroom renovations project take?
Most bathroom renovations projects in South West London take 7–14 working days from strip-out to handover, depending on size and finish. We'll give you a clear timeline with your fixed-price quote.
Do you handle everything in-house?
Yes — plumbing, electrics (Part-P), tiling, decorating and waste removal are all handled by our own team. One contract, one project manager, no chasing trades.
Can I see designs before I commit?
Absolutely. Our designer visits your home for free, takes detailed measurements and produces a 3D visualisation before you commit to anything.
Which parts of Richmond do you cover for bathroom renovations?
We cover the whole of Richmond and the surrounding TW9, TW10 postcodes. Local engineers means short response times across every street.
