Under-Sink Leak Repair
Under-Sink Leak Repair
A damp cupboard, a musty smell or a buckled cabinet base almost always means a slow under-sink leak. We find the exact source rather than replacing everything and hoping.
About this service
Under-Sink Leak Repair in South West London, done properly the first time
Under-sink leaks come from a handful of places: a cracked or loose trap, a perished flexible tap tail, a weeping isolation valve, a failed sink-clip seal or a badly connected appliance spigot. We dry everything down, run each fitting under load and watch where the water reappears.
Once found, the repair is usually a new trap, flexi hose or valve — parts we carry. We also check the cabinet base for rot and tell you honestly if it needs drying out or replacing. We cover Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, Wimbledon, Fulham, Wimbledon and the surrounding South West London postcodes.

Frequently asked
Your questions, answered
Can you find a leak that only happens sometimes?
Yes. Intermittent under-sink leaks usually appear only when the sink drains or the washing machine discharges. We recreate those conditions on site to pinpoint it.
Is water under the sink always a plumbing leak?
Not always — condensation on a cold pipe or a leaking sink rim seal looks identical. We check both before quoting a pipework repair.
How urgent is a slow under-sink leak?
More urgent than it looks. A slow drip rots the cabinet base and can reach the floor structure. Turn off the isolation valves and call us the same day.
Do you repair leaks in flats where a neighbour is affected?
Yes, and we provide a short written summary of the cause and repair, which managing agents and insurers in Kingston upon Thames usually ask for.
Which areas of South West London do you cover for under-sink leak repair?
We provide under-sink leak repair across the whole of South West London, including Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, Wimbledon, Twickenham, Surbiton, Fulham, Putney, Teddington, New Malden, Molesey, Hounslow, Brentford, Isleworth, Long Ditton, Worcester Park, Roehampton, Raynes Park, Morden, Petersham, Motspur Park and the surrounding KT, TW and SW postcodes.
